Our 'Reports' database takes the strain out of writing parent reports. Common errors are avoided as teachers see a photo of the pupil they are writing for and are provided with correctly spelled names. Repetitive data is automatically copied to new reports (eg term summaries, teachers name and form) and there is an option to make use of statement banks. As in all our databases, 'Reports' is available for both Mac and Windows platforms and can be configured as a stand-alone application (for distribution to all staff), or as a networked solution.
